4. Question: After I place my order, how long will it take to receive my items? Answer: As soon as Humanly Possible! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is ready to be filled and your item will be shipped shortly thereafter.
5. Question: I've emailed you 20 times, why do I not get a reply?
Answer: Please do not email us 20 times a day asking when your order will be completed, our spam filters will mark your email as spam, which does not help speed up the creation process, it only slows it down, as we then have to take the time away from silk creation to try to located your "spam" mail before our spam filter deletes is.Remember, you are purchasing a CUSTOM Hand-Dyed and/or Hand-Painted Silk Item... Created specifically for YOU in YOUR Custom Color Specifications, not something pre-fabricated. Custom items take time. They go through a full 20-step silk process (exclusive to Gypsy de Rose Enterprises). Your Silk item(s) will be ready to dance with and/or wear immediately upon receipt. YES, it's a LOT of Work that goes into each silk item, but they are worth the wait, just ask any of our customers. We thank all those who have placed Silk orders with us. We take pride in our Excellent Customer Service and Value Your Business. :) We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Each Silk Veil is an original, there are no two exactly alike. Each Silk Veil is created to our customer's color specifications. If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom hand-painted / hand-dyed silk, you may exchange it for another of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds, we offer an exchange policy only. We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your silk item will be able to be created by any certain date. We offer an approximate creation time, but have no control over the weather and other factors that may cause a delay in filling orders. By placing an order, you understand and agree to these terms. custom orders depends on the number of orders at any given time and is
currently anywhere between three to twelve weeks, hopefully sooner, possibly

control over the world silk market, availability of silk that's imported
