We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks in U.S. Funds. We offer a combined shipping discount on multiple items purchased at the same time, to be shipped to the same address. Please contact us for payment and shipping information.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Service for orders within the U.S. and via USPS Registered Airmail Letter / Parcel Post for International orders. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance whenever possible as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. International customers are responsible for any and all custom's or duty's fees.

Please note: We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received, however we have no control over the world silk market supply, the weather or the number or orders currently in process and our on waiting list at any given time. If you need an item "now", check our eBay Store and with any of our Distributors to see what they have "in stock and ready-to-ship".

Creation time for custom orders may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks (sometimes a little longer), depending on the number of items ordered, the complexity of the design and all the factors listed above. Creation time is ASAHP (As Soon As Humanly Possible)

Silk "Exchange" policy:

We do our best to provide all our customers with the highest quality silks. If for any reason your custom hand-painted / hand-dyed silk order does not meet your needs, you are welcome to have your silk item re-dyed or you may exchange it towards another silk item of equal value. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to request an exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Distributors: No Distributor is "stuck" with a particular silk item of color or design that does not sell well in their area. You may exchange silks of equal value or you may upgrade and pay the difference towards a different silk item. We take pride in our excellent customer service and do our best to keep ALL of our customers happy and satisfied. Please limit the number of items being exchanged to 3 items within a 2 month time period from the date of purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of purchase to request an exchange.

Please note: We are a Silk Wholesaler and do not offer refunds on returned items. We only offer exchanges towards similar items of equal value. Any credit for returned items, less shipping fees, may also be subject to restocking fees. Please contact us to request a return/exchange authorization within 3 days of receipt of purchase.
