HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM SILKS:
A. Pick your design(s).
B. Pick your colors for each design.
C. Decide on how many of each item you will need (the greater number of items ordered will receive the best discounts possible).
D. Retail Orders: Contact one of our Distributors for prompt service or Contact Sales@GypsydeRose.com and your order will be filled in the order that it was received.
E. Wholesale Orders: Send orders to: Wholesale@GypsydeRose.com
Please note: Gypsy de Rose Enterprises is the Manufacturer and Wholesaler for our complete line of silks.
If you need one-on-one personal consulting or assistance with color choices or designs for your order, please contact one of our Distributors, as our primary focus is creating the silks. Our Distributors are very familiar with our complete line of custom hand-painted / hand-dyed silks and will be happy to work with you to create your custom silk item.
Gypsy de Rose Enterprises will be adding a webpage with any "currently available silks" listed for sale, as we have time to do so. Please keep checking our website to see any new listings.

We accept the following payment options via PayPal: We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks in U.S. Funds. We offer a combined shipping discount on multiple items purchased at the same time, to be shipped to the same address. Please contact us for payment and shipping information.
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Service for orders within the U.S. and via USPS Registered Airmail Letter / Parcel Post for International orders. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance whenever possible as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. International customers are responsible for any and all custom's or duty's fees. Please note: We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received, however we have no control over the world silk market supply, the weather or the number or orders currently in process and our on waiting list at any given time. If you need an item "now", check our eBay Store and with any of our Distributors to see what they have "in stock and ready-to-ship".
Creation time for custom orders may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks (sometimes a little longer), depending on the number of items ordered, the complexity of the design and all the factors listed above. Creation time is ASAHP (As Soon As Humanly Possible) Our current weather conditions. If the weather is good, silk creation is in progress. :)
